Benefits

  • Unlimited green fees and priority tee times.

  • Exclusive access to members-only events and tournaments.

  • Preferred pricing on golf lessons and clinics.

  • Access to our comfortable clubhouse and other amenities.

  • Players’ contracts must be paid in full or financing terms accepted before the contract will be in effect.

    It is recommended that all players make a tee time to secure the desired time.

    Check-in with the Pro Shop is mandatory for all players.

    All Pass Holders listed shall pay applicable cart rental fees before each round.

    Only two people may ride in a cart at any time.

    To continue for an additional round, you must report back to the Pro Shop and check for tee time availability. and additional cart rental fees.

    Players Pass and privileges are not transferable.

    Players will be required to obey all Eagle Crest rules and policies.

    Players’ privileges will be strictly on a year-to-year basis.

    Players understand that Eagle Crest Golf Course must offer and conduct tournaments/outings and understand there will be days that tee times will not be available.

    Any further rules and restrictions will be posted on the clubhouse bulletin board.

    Violation of any of the rules and restrictions may result at the sole discretion of Eagle Crest Golf Course management, in the removal or limitation of the playing privileges, without refund.

    Players will have no equity or voting rights with Eagle Crest Golf, LLC.
